Frequently asked questions — Clients & partners

Optical equipment & connectivity

Equipment field-proven over 20 years of deployment on critical infrastructure (WDM, hyperscalers, data centers & AI).

Track record & field expertise

What sets your equipment apart from a standard distributor's?

We don't select products from a supplier catalog — we select them from our own field experience. Every reference (precision patch cords, attenuators, patch panels, WDM modules) comes from equipment our own teams deploy and put to the test, day in and day out, on critical infrastructure for major carriers and hyperscalers, for 20 years.

Do the products meet the requirements of major project owners?

Yes. Our equipment meets the strict standards required in WDM, cloud, high-density data center and AI cluster environments (low insertion loss, controlled return loss, batch traceability and strict compliance with Telcordia / ITU-T standards).

Compatibility & technical constraints

Are your components compatible with all chassis and transceivers on the market?

Our passive and optical references are universal and comply with multi-source (MSA) standards. They integrate without restriction with all WDM active equipment, switches and core network routers on the market.

Can I get optical measurement and test reports?

Every batch and critical component undergoes rigorous inspection. Test reports (insertion loss IL, return loss RL, interferometry / ferrule geometry and microscopic surface inspection) are available on request or systematically included with deliveries.

Ordering, volume & custom builds

Do you handle custom connectivity or cabling requirements?

Absolutely. We offer specific lengths, custom labeling and identification, special connectors (high-density MPO/MTP, CS, SN, LC-HD) as well as patch panel and cassette configurations tailored to the exact constraints of your racks.

Can you supply high-volume deployments?

Yes. Thanks to purchasing volumes pooled with our own infrastructure projects, we guarantee permanent stock availability on key references and ultra-short lead times for large-scale projects.

Engineering support

Do you support infrastructure sizing and design?

Our engineers and technicians can validate your optical budgets, recommend the right fiber types or multiplexers (CWDM/DWDM) and anticipate installation constraints, bend radius or thermal management in the cleanroom.

Logistics, express delivery & after-sales

What are your delivery times for in-stock references?

All our strategic references and common optical consumables (standard patch cords, MSA optics, cassettes, attenuators) are kept in permanent stock. For any order confirmed before 2pm, we ship the same day with next-day (24h) delivery on-site or at the data center, anywhere in France and Europe.

Do you offer emergency delivery for critical repairs?

Yes. In the event of an operational incident or unplanned maintenance on a WDM/data center link, we have a dedicated courier service and express delivery options (overnight / before 9am) to bring components directly on-site or to the cleanroom delivery airlock.

How do you handle data center access protocols for deliveries?

Accustomed to the strict constraints of highly secure sites (colocation data centers, hyperscaler sites, carrier PoPs), our carriers and partners strictly follow appointment requirements (ticketing / time slots), anti-dust packaging and secure dock unloading.

What is the warranty period on your optical equipment?

All our passive and active components carry a manufacturer's warranty of 3 to 5 years depending on the range (with the possibility of extension under a framework agreement).

How does the return or replacement (RMA) process work?

In the event of non-conformity or a confirmed failure, our technical support processes RMA requests within 24 hours. For critical equipment under a service agreement, an advance replacement is triggered before the faulty part is even returned, to minimize any impact on service continuity.

What does your after-sales technical support include?

Our support isn't a simple administrative desk: you speak directly with field technicians and experts who can analyze your OTDR reflectometry traces, identify a cleanliness or mechanical stress issue, or advise you on realigning an optical link budget.
